The PCW5000 GXH50 portable capstan winch is built for demanding forestry, logging, property maintenance, storm cleanup, hunting, and heavy outdoor pulling applications. Powered by a commercial-grade Honda GXH50 four-stroke engine, the PCW5000 provides up to 2,200 lb. of pulling force without mechanical advantage.

Heavy-Duty Portable Pulling Power

The PCW5000 uses a capstan design that lets you pull over long distances without filling a traditional winch drum with rope. This makes it particularly useful when working in wooded areas, on uneven terrain, or in locations where a vehicle-mounted winch cannot easily reach.

Use the PCW5000 for log skidding, firewood recovery, land clearing, storm cleanup, hunting, property maintenance, and remote load pulling. Compatible pulley systems can be used to increase mechanical advantage when the complete rigging system is properly configured and rated.

Standard and High-Speed Capstan Options

The standard configuration uses a 57 mm (2-1/4-inch) capstan drum. An optional larger 85 mm (3-3/8-inch) drum is available for applications where increased pulling speed is desired. Choose the capstan configuration appropriate for your work and rope diameter.
