Chokers with Steel Rod for Log Skidding
These 7-foot choker chains with steel rods are designed for securing logs during Portable Winch skidding applications. The length can accommodate logs up to approximately 20 inches in diameter while providing enough reach to connect the choker through a compatible skidding cone.
Designed for Forestry and Log Pulling
The steel rod helps the operator pass the choker under a log and through the opening of the Skidding Cone for Logs. The choker can then be connected to a compatible Grab Hook with Latch and pulling rope.
Fast Attachment
The C-shaped hook provides a practical connection for installation and removal. This makes the chokers useful for firewood recovery, small-scale forestry, log skidding, trail work, and property maintenance.
